My Story
Just to let you know how I came to the decision to become a SCENTSY consultant, let me tell you a short story. I have always been one of those people that burn candles. You know, someone that buys different scented ones so I can make the house smell whatever way I want it to at any given time. Do not get me wrong, candles do work great but there are just a few issues with them: you have to trim the wick so they do not generate the black smoke, put them in a place where the kids or pets will not knock the candle over or get burned, remember to blow out the flame when you go to bed or leave the house, and mostly, you have a fire burning in your home. Well, I was introduced to SCENTSY while at a dog event with a friend of mine. There was a booth set up displaying electric warmers that would provide the same, sought after, wonderful smelling, result as that burning candle I had used for so many years. So, I got out some money and bought a plug-in warmer and a few scent bars just to see if I liked them. My friend did the same. As you can guess, we did like the results and now we are sold on the product. We wanted more warmers and more scent bars. We wanted to try other products offered by the company. Since I no longer worked full time, I thought selling SCENTSY would give me the opportunity to meet new people, introduce people to the SCENTSY products, help party Hosts earn free and half priced products and last but not least, make some extra money. Well, that brought me to where I am today, an Independent Consultant for SCENTSY. I have enjoyed introducing people to SCENTSY and my customers really like the products. Give it a try!
